Founder

LMNT Construction is led by Shawna Frank — a real estate investor, realtor, avid traveler, and systems-driven operator with a passion for transforming properties and building efficient processes behind every project.

After13 years of working in real estate, design and new home construction, Shawna founded LMNT with a simple belief: great construction comes from great systems. From rapid unit turns to full property transformations, she focuses on creating streamlined workflows that allow projects to move faster without sacrificing quality.

Shawna is also someone who genuinely loves a challenge. Known for pushing boundaries — including LMNT’s “10-Day Flip” challenge — Shawna thrives on refining processes, improving efficiency, and proving what a disciplined team can accomplish with the right plan in place.

Today she works closely with investors, property owners, and homeowners to bring projects from concept to completion while continuously improving the systems that power LMNT.

Nick Frank

Co-Founder

Nick Frank is a co-founder of LMNT Construction and Shawna’s better half. He has supported the company since its early days. While his primary career is as a machinist, Nick occasionally steps in to help the LMNT team on projects when an extra set of skilled hands is needed.

His background in machining brings a strong attention to detail, precision, and problem-solving — qualities that translate well to the job site. Whether assisting with construction projects or helping behind the scenes, Nick has played an important role in supporting the foundation of LMNT.
